With over 25 years in the digital media industry, he has a proven track record of success in leading companies through periods of growth and transformation.  Before founding Soma Innovation Lab,  he founded Morgan Capital Management, an investment management  company.  His fund, MCM Partners, was featured in Barrons Financial News for Top Performance. He invested in digital media and emerging technology. EC is a strong believer in the power of technology innovation fostering a collaborative culture to drive success in the digital age.

Karen Morgan | Executive Producer & Creative Director, founder of World One Metaverse 

Karen is a creative leader who bridges the gap between design and technology.

As Executive Producer and Creative Director at Soma Innovation Lab, she spearheads the creation of groundbreaking experiences at the forefront of design innovation and technology, XR/AR/VR, interactive user experiences.

Karen brings over 20 years of experience in crafting impactful campaigns and innovative projects. Her expertise lies in creative direction, technical execution, design and project management. Prior to Soma Innovation lab, she led Soma Girls TV, a digital media channel, featuring short form lifestyle content reaching #19 on Comscore video metrics with 64 min of engagement per month 7.6min per visit and over 1 Billion impressions. Her strong background in luxury content creation, immersive storytelling and user experience has allowed her to work with luxury brands across the globe. Including Chopard, Hanro, HTC, Microsoft, Nokia, ABC, NBC, CBS, AT&T and more

Atul Rau | Emmy award winning writer, producer and story editor

Atul’s expertise has been utilized to develop original and branded properties in the international markets.

In the arena of factual series, Atul was head writer and story editor for the Discovery Channel series called “Prank Science” and also served as a Post Writer on the emmy award winning show, “The Amazing Race” (3rd Season).  Early in his career he worked as a researcher on the documentary series “Changing Families”, and a writer/director on “Destination X” not he Travel channel in Canada.

Atul has extensive experience in animation and children’s programming. In live action, he was a performer and Producer at YTV, after which worked in Los Angeles as an Executive Producer at Fox Family Worldwide. 

Recently Atul was head writer/story-editor/co-developer on a new show for Mattel and Netflix called, "Deepa & Anoop" which has scored 4 international Kidscreen awards in 2023. Atul also was a writer on "Ghee Happy", with his episode recently won the Annie Award for best TV/Media in Preschool. Right afterwards, he worked as a staff writer on a Peacock Plus (NBC) called "Press Start" as well as "Mekbots" and Disney's "Spidey and his Amazing friends." Atul is also developing a new series for Gaumont and a series for Sony Kids. Atul has written and/or developed TV shows for majors such as NBC Kids, Disney Channel, Marvel, Cartoon Network, Discovery Channel, Mattel and Netflix.

Robert Crawford | Head of Strategy & Strategic Partnerships 

Robert has 15+ years of experience in research academia, engineering consulting, and leading innovation and strategy teams at PepsiCo. Additionally, Robert is an expert in human factors and product design, has performed 250+ forensic investigations, and is passionate about innovation management and technology strategy.

Robert holds a PhD from The University of Texas at Austin and BS/MS from Villanova University. Robert loves Villanova basketball and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Rob McEntegarts | Head of Business Affairs / Distribution  (consultant)

Over 25 years of experience in the business aspects of motion picture, television and digital content production and exploitation, specializing in the business affairs of development, production, financing and distribution for theatrical motion pictures and television/digital content including features, limited series, episodic series and documentaries for studios, networks and streamers.

- Proven expertise with deals for rights, talent, production personnel, and financing and distribution of entertainment content, especially feature films and television content for all platforms, and including the production/financing/sales model.

Peter Karl | Emmy-award winning writer, documentary filmmaker and co-founder of Goodform. 

His 2022 film Rivals - a deep dive into the psychology of sports rivalry - was narrated by Oscar-winner J.K. Simmons and awarded the Sports Emmy for Outstanding Writing - Long Form. Peter has also directed & produced both long and short form projects for AppleTV (Gamechangers),  Fox Sports (The Long Game), and Amazon (American Fútbol), among others.

His most recent project, The Nitrogen Dilemma (in post-production) explores major flaws in our global food system through the perspectives of farmers around the world. Filmed in Ukraine, Kenya, Brazil, Indonesia & the United States in 2023, it is scheduled to release in Late 2024.

Also an avid traveler, Peter combines his experience working & living abroad with his passions for sports and filmmaking to tell authentic, dramatic stories that appeal to a global audience.

A.J. Kelly | Executive Producer, Creative Director and co-founder of Goodform. 

Over the last decade, A.J. has produced over 20 feature films, 12 short films, and 4 unscripted series including Another You, an Apple Music documentary following the Weeknd’s preparation for Coachella, and HBO’s Game of Thrones talk show, After The Thrones. He’s also led marketing campaigns for notable global brands including Adidas, Sony & Ford, among others.

Most recently, AJ (with Goodform) led the first U.S. production to shoot an entire feature film in Bali, Indonesia. He has also premiered films at prestigious film festivals around the world including Cannes, SXSW and Tribeca. 

As a creative director, AJ has designed campaigns for Seth Rogen’s home goods company Houseplant, Major League Soccer, New Era and an in-person experiential fashion show for the film House of Gucci.

Mel Lim | Traditionally trained architect turned technology strategist. Founder of chateauz
